pre-school is staffed with carefully screened, experienced and qualified,
British and European teachers/careers to provide a consistently high
standard of professional childcare and education. Each class is managed
by a class teacher and a teacher's aid, ensuring that each child gets
equal attention.
Our
Philosophy Towards Teacher Child Relationship
The
class teacher and the career have a pastoral role in the nursery
and is interested in all aspects of your child's well-being. It
is very important that you let us know of any concerns you may have
or any information that may affect their progress at the Nursery.
A teacher plays a very significant role in a child's life leading
him/her to achieve their full potential and enjoy their learning.
A teacher/child relationship must always be positively motivating,
and trusting, encouraging the child to come to nursery willingly
with a desire to learn.

Policy
Children
get agitated mainly due to tiredness, being in an unfamiliar environment,
not feeling well, being frustrated or due to boredom. . Our policy
is to listening to the child's complaint and help to resolve it
and involving him/her in an activity of their choice.
Children
learn social behavior/attitudes by observing others around, good examples
of acceptable social behavior, and explanation of simple rules such as
sharing, polite manners and respecting other person's rights always works
best.
